Jamallad
Jamallad is a
proponent of the globalization of the human culture and
is the beneficiary of several cultures which explains
the mastery of the different genres that make up the
band’s repertoire.
Jamallad has the genius of blending genres in his music,
such as his native West African rhythms, funk, Soukouss,
folk, rock n’ roll, reggae, Club Dance and pop. Jamallad
has a freshness that is very uplifting.
Jamallad (Lucien
Kouassi) was born in the Ivory Coast, West Africa, where
he was taught the guitar and sight reading by American
folk singer Lisa Sammet, then Peace Corps volunteer in
his country. This set him on a journey of musical
education that began in West Africa, trailed across
Europe, and finally to the United States where he
acquired a degree in Music at Moravian College in
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Jamallad's band, the
Global Citizens, are based out of Connecticut and tour
with Jamallad.

Happiness
Jeff
Anderson
Originally from
Worcester, MA, Jeff Anderson has been a resident
of CT since 1976. Shortly before moving to the land
of taxes he discovered rock n’ roll via Aerosmith’s
“Get Your Wings” album. Then Zeppelin, Hendrix, Van
Halen, etc. These were his early influences.
Later, he was introduced to the sounds of REM,
Jellyfish, and XTC. Mostly self-taught, he did take
lessons from one of the most innovative guitar
players in CT, as well as pursuing a degree in
record production and engineering at the Hartford
Conservatory.
His debut
album, titled "15", is an eclectic collection of
catchy alternative/pop tunes with lush Beatle-esque/Beach
Boys harmonies along with a unique sense of
humor.
Jeff is
currently working on his latest project, a
collection of songs which he is recording in his
home studio. These songs chronicle relationships -
the good, the bad, and the ugly. This upcoming
collection is acoustic based rock and roll.

Steve
Dunn
Steve Dunn, a singer/songwriter from
Connecticut has a style described by one reviewer as a
combination of rock/pop/contemporary with a new twist,
combining acoustic and electric pop with country/rock
influences for a new style and sound.
Compelling music, yet
with a calming vibe that is sure to connect with anyone.
Dunn’s
songs are a diverse brew of tuneful guitar work and smart
songcraft.
Deceivingly simple, with universal stories of
love and loss, Dunn surprises you with his wry, witty word
play and memorable melodies.
